Financial Analyst:

Perform monthly review and evaluate actual financial performance of the Company’s business units in the Western United States outside of California and conduct variance analysis relative to plan and prior month. Perform complex analytical duties including the collection and analysis of financial data, including the budget of the branches and its actual financial performance. Prepare financial management plan for additional branch offices by facilitating Business Planning Processes for potential licensees, partners or branch offices; develop forecast Monthly Financial Outlook and Reporting Process for potential licensees, partners or branch offices; and Establish and Administer Business Controls for licensees, partners or branch offices. Prepare, analyze and submit financial analysis of financial forecasts of the branches in Western United States outside of California, including future revenue streams and expected future profitability of the branch offices. Develop and maintain spreadsheets and statistical models for financial analysis of the branch offices. Establish and implement financial and internal controls and procedures to manage and mitigate credit risk for branch offices in Western United States outside of California.

Requires Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Economics, Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience.
